How do I join?+

Create a free GLASSGUARD account and you're in. We add 500 points to your balance as a welcome bonus.

How do I earn points?+

You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on completed orders, 200 points on your birthday and 200 points for completing your profile. Silver, Gold and Diamond members earn up to 1.5x points on every order.

What are my points worth?+

1,000 points gets you $5 off. Free products start from 1,200 points, and every 200 points is worth about $1 of product value.

How do I redeem my points?+

Sign in, tap View my points on this page and choose your reward. You'll get a code that applies at checkout. Unused codes are saved under My rewards.

How do VIP tiers work?+

Tiers unlock automatically as you spend: Silver at $150, Gold at $500 and Diamond at $1,000. Higher tiers earn more points per order, Gold and Diamond members get free shipping, and Diamond orders are fulfilled first.
